Who Am I?
My name is Mylène Alix. I am the founder of Grow With Mylène, and I am a self-empowerment coach as well as a certified positive psychology coach.
How it Started
I have always had a deep desire and a strong need to help people understand themselves better and feel more confident, worthy and empowered.
Of course, I didn’t know that’s what I was doing when, as a child, I started sparking deep conversations with my friends in the schoolyard! I just knew I could help them feel better. That’s how it started for me.
Positive Psychology Coaching
In 2024, I completed a positive psychology coaching certification, in which I learned the concepts, tools and clinically proven exercises to increase an individual’s happiness, well-being and fulfillment levels.
While I don’t offer positive psychology coaching sessions, I incorporate its concepts and exercises in my self-empowerment coaching sessions.
Self-Empowerment Coaching
I have had the pleasure of coaching women My use of psychology, somatic techniques and spirituality in my coaching practice always leads to beautiful breakthroughs and noticeable growth for my clients. And there is nothing more fulfilling for me. I call this coaching Rewire Your Reality sessions. More details below.

Furthermore, since I’m from Montréal (Canada) and bilingual, I offer my coaching sessions online, in English and French.
Rewire Your Reality Sessions
During Rewire Your Reality sessions, I guide you through the process of releasing your limiting beliefs and your subconscious resistance to what you deeply desire (to start your business, start posting on social media, accept and love your reflection in the mirror, have more fulfilling experiences and relationships, etc.)
These sessions allow your subconscious mind to feel safe with receiving and attracting expansive experiences (new experiences that you desire but that may feel scary to your subconscious mind).

It’s normal. Limiting beliefs, while they keep you feeling safe because of their familiarity, also keep you “stuck”in the same old behavioral patterns.
